Convert external pilots into repeatable paid use and prove the narrowest wedge that compounds into a durable operating position.
Studio / Work in formation
Start with a question. Earn the company.
Probes buy the next answer. Pods prove an operating loop. Ventures earn a clean mandate. The company boundary arrives only when independence is the clearest path forward.

- 01ProbeBuy the answer.
Test one decisive question with a named owner, a time box, and a clear release gate.
- 02PodProve the loop.
Give a compact team a focused mission to prove customer pull, useful behavior, and operator fit.
- 03VentureEarn the mandate.
Commit dedicated resources only when evidence supports accountable leadership and a focused path.
- 04Independent companyCross the boundary.
Separate when customers, talent, capital, or durable cash flow are better served by independence.
Selected work
Three efforts. Three evidence states.
See the problem, what exists, the next decisive proof, and the people who could change the curve.
Make fragmented trade executable.
A context-native operating layer that can research, qualify, contact, and coordinate suppliers across email, messaging, documents, and live workflows while preserving persistent memory.
An advanced agent and memory stack, a live internal proving ground, and working supplier research, qualification, and communication flows.
Agent engineers and domain-commercial operators who can own deployment, customer learning, and measurable adoption.
Reusable context capabilities, deployment patterns, transaction learning, and a faster path for the next domain-specific product.
Questions on deck
The probes in view.
Narrow tests that can buy an answer—without pretending each one is already a company.
Can a physical venue become a connected, serviced amenity layer?
Protected product concept; venue behavior and service economics under test.
Can operational truth make trade capital legible in real time?
A controlled facility workflow is the next decisive proof.
Can an agent preserve the context of a complex journey?
Working surface; real behavior and willingness to pay come next.
Can production capacity be deployed like cloud infrastructure?
Begin with one controlled site; earn the right to coordinate a wider network.
Can every material unit carry evidence through transformation?
A physical traceability question spanning inputs, process, quality, and claims.
Can a food operation become visible enough for agents to run it?
Field behavior and the narrowest commercial wedge come next.
Can property service demand route itself to accountable supply?
Testing coordination, contractor response, and sticky distribution surfaces.
Can cold-chain packaging return with its own operating history?
Connected, returnable packaging for high-value direct delivery.
Can the organization learn a commercial motion once—and reuse it?
Persistent communication, relationship memory, and human review across missions.
A parallel entry lane
Startup residency.
An outside startup arrives as an existing company. A bounded residency could offer mentorship, workspace, selected studio capabilities, and access to relevant operators or distribution relationships—without folding the startup into the probe-to-venture path.
A focused period inside the studio.
A lighter-weight path for existing startups that need proximity, hard operating feedback, and a concentrated push—not a new accelerator identity or automatic investment program.
The startup remains its own company from the beginning.
Define what the residency should unlock and what the studio can credibly contribute.
Use a limited period for mentoring, space, technical or domain exchange, and selected introductions.
Any investment, ownership, or jointly formed opportunity requires a separate explicit decision.
Why separate it from probes: a probe tests a new studio opportunity before a company exists. A resident startup already has a company boundary. They can share resources and relationships, but they should not share the same lifecycle label.
